He is survived by : his sons, Duwayne (Lisa Ericson), Dale, Dan and James (Kristy Demorett); his grandchildren, Samantha, Ryan, Mathew, SaVaya and Braxton; his great grandchildren, Paisley, Thomas, Connor and Robet; his brothers, Bob Gentzell (Sue), Rod Fitcha (Liz) and Clint Glasby; and his aunt Hellen Holst. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
