He was predeceased by: his mother Susan Elizabeth McCabe (Mazanet); his grandparents, John, Marian Mazanet and Velma McCabe; his uncle Jim Mazanet; and his cousin Jennifer McCabe.
He is survived by: his father James Leslie; his former wife Pam Prochaska; his sister Tami Billeter (Justin) of Ellsworth, WI; and his nieces, Ava and Isabel Billeter. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
