She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Owen and Ione Owen (James); her brothers, Hepi and Arthur; and her fiancé Robert Grey Eagle.
She is survived by: her siblings, Raymond Owen, Michael Owen (Claudia), Clifford Owen (Debbie), Duane "Duffy" Owen (Timya), Floyd Hand, Brenda Owen-Milano, Carrie Owen, Marcy Fiddler (Terry) and Olivia Janis (Terry); and her siblings' children, Leah Owen (Red Wing Thomas), Austin Owen (Ashley Jones), Wynona Owen, Jack Seiji Rios Shibata, Jennifer Owen, Nick Western Boy (Billie), Brandon Owen (Sarah), Olivia Owen, Rayleigh Owen, Mahpiya Owen, Isabella Owen, Amelia Owen and David Milano. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
