He is survived by: his wife Marie; his daughters, Denise Merz (Richard) of Delano, MN, Audrey Zahler (Dean) of Big Lake, MN, Mariam Anderson (John) of Hollister, CA and Valerie Loebig (Frank) of San Jose, CA; his siblings, Joan Yanish (Al) and Martin (Adeline); his grandchildren, Peter, Paul, Eric Merz, Jennifer, Westley Zahler, Dewayne, Derrick Anderson, Austin, Alayna, Brian, Lexa and Owen Schloeder; and his great grandchildren, Beau, Colby, Brayden, Danielle, Valentina, Alice, Emma, Grant, Kate and Anna.
