He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer M. Olund and Florence Olund; his siblings, Dale Olund and Donna Huinker; his stepfather Larry Farrell; his half-brothers, Ron, Ted, Russell and Jack; and his brothers, John Farrell and William Farrell.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn of Austin, Minnesota; his children, Bradley Olund (Susan Grothe) of Minnetonka, Susan Olund of Austin, Brian Olund (Ann) of Bloomington, Gregory Olund (Pamela) of Chanhassen and Matthew Olund of Howard Lake, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Justin (Chelsie), Eric (Amanda), Hannah, Benjamin, Trevin and Brooke; and his siblings, Dennis Olund (Ann), Geraldine Tildsley (Roger) and Charlotte Kubicek (Denny).
