She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Smith and Anna Smith; her husbands, Burdette Churchill and Anders Putz; and her son James "Jim" Churchill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Olson (Roger) of Pequot Lakes, MN, Joan Groover (Tim) and Pat Churchill (Jim). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
