He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Sprecker and Johnenia Sprecker (McLean); his siblings, Vernon, Kathryn Gagnon (Howard) and Charlotte Vescio (Frank); his grandson James Engman, Jr.; and his great grandchild Tara Engman.
He is survived by: his wife Faye; his children, Douglas and Carol Engman (Jim); and his grandchildren, Chris, Seth (Angie), Caleb Engman and Sarah Sprecker. He is also survived by one great-granddaughter; nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Survived by wife of 74 years, Faye; son, Douglas; daughter, Carol (Jim) Engman; grandchildren, Chris, Seth (Angie), and Caleb Engman, and Sarah Sprecker; one great-granddaughter; nieces, nephews, and many friends. Private funeral services due to COVID-19 on Tuesday, Dec. 8, at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. No flowers can be accommodated.
