He was predeceased by : his parents, Gottlieb Gross and Anna Gross (Stickley); and his siblings, Floyd Gross, Glen Gross, Vivian Gremillion and Phyllis Mayeux.
He is survived by : his pet Buffy; his wife Agnes Gross of Yankton; and his sisters, Eileen Mehle (Clarence) of Metairie, Louisiana, Louella Johnson (Walter) of Emporia, Kansas, Evelina Robinson of Jackson and Delores Grovijahn of Yankton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
