He is survived by: his children, Amy Chase-Boylan (Ricky), Jennifer Huebner (Kevin), Andrew Chase (Sarah) and Jeanene Hodge (Jason); his grandchildren, Madalyn, Allison, Fred, Anika, Beau, Avery and Adelyn; and his siblings, Eileen "Neen" Illies (Dennis), Catherine "Cathy" Van Krevelen (Edward) and Samuel "Sam" Chase (Charlene). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
