He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Scott and Gertrude Scott (Fisher); his siblings, Vern Scott and Mary Haugland; and his brother-in-law Harlan Schumacher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy McGuire (Dan) of Spring Valley, WI, Melissa Petersen (Jason) of Milford, Billie Jo Scott of Okoboji, Heather Pearson (Randy) of Rochester, MN and Lacey Holm of Rochester, MN; his grandchildren, Shelbi, Zachary, Jacob, Bailey, Sydney, Carley, Javan, Veda, Kaden, Norah and Brogan; and his sisters, Kay Schumacher and Shirley Crosby (Paul).
The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association or Friends of Fort Defiance State Park.
