He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Freetly and Anne Freetly; his wife Carmela; and his siblings, Colletta, Betty and Harold.

He is survived by: his sons, Glen (Susan) of Iron, MN, James of Rocklin, CA, Paul (Melissa) of Rochester, MN. and Neil (Missie) of Rochester, MN.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
