With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale Wendell Bowen of Roseville, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 2, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandson Austin Vinson. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Benjamin Bowen (Maribeth), Richard Bowen (Diane), William Bowen (Corinne) and Kari Vinson (Steven); and his grandchildren, Constance Bowen, Fiona Bowen, Zachary Bowen, Elizabeth Bowen, Grace Bowen, Bridget Bowen, Autumn Vinson, Cyrus Bowen, Ashtin Vinson and Walter Bowen.

Memorials should be directed to the Kiwanis Children's Fund.
