Burket (Roseville, Minnesota), born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on March 3, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burket and Anna Petersen; his brother Donald Burket; his stepsiblings, Paul Petersen and Catherine Hoppe; and his close friend Darlene Barron.
He is survived by: his children, Jeannette Sonnentag (Matt), Joan Mertes, Jim Burket Jr. (Lynn), Jennifer Forliti-Weymann (Chuck) and Jill Burket (Erick Lindbeck); his former wife Zetta "Jackie" Burket; and his stepsiblings, George Petersen and Barbara Gregor. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren; as well as many cherished relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family preferred.
