He was predeceased by : his son Steven; his parents, Steven Houdek and Bertha Houdek; his brothers, Thomas Houdek and Kenneth Houdek; and his nephew Gary Houdek.
He is survived by : his brothers, John Houdek (Janis) of Omaha, NE, Joseph Houdek (Susan) of Little Falls, MN and Peter Houdek of Minneapolis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
