He was predeceased by: his parents, Henning Ranstrom and Ruth Ranstrom (Larson); his siblings, Grant and Ruth Ann; his great grandchild Dayton; and his brother-in-law Bruce Dahlberg.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Dahlberg; his children, Dean Ranstrom, Lane Schlagel (Mike) and Lyle Ranstrom (Kellie); his sister Gaye Harris; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Harris, Ramona Ranstrom and Ed Gehrke. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
