She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Schartner and Mary Elizabeth Schartner (Taylor); her husband Henry James Durick; her sister Mary; and her brother-in-law Frank Blazetic.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Durick (Melissa), Troy Durick and Tracy Potthoff (Jeff); her grandchildren, Valerie Voynik (Craig), Courtney Masters (Garrett), Dane Patel (Eleni), Kayla Durick, Taylor Durick and Finley Potthoff; her great grandchildren, Bayze and Phoenix; and her nieces, Beth Ann Ratkus (Dave), Heather Korpa (Jason) and Dana Regec.
