He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Motske and Elsie Motske (Henry); and his brother Mike. He is survived by: his daughters, Ashly Hernandez (Gustavo) of St. Charles and Amber Berry (Bill) of Rapid City, SD; his grandchildren, Brandon, Cristina and Lilliana Hernandez; his siblings, Steve Motske (Mary) of Huntington Beach, CA, Richard Motske (Karen) of Laguna Nagel, CA and Deidre Nienow (Dick) of St. Charles; and his sister-in-law Carol Motske of Cedar Rapids, IA.. He is also survived by his daughters, grandchildren, friends and dogs.
