She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, John Bertilson and Ronnaug "Rena" Bertilson (Wold); her husband Emmett Duane Olson; her grandmother Nama B; her daughter Debbra Ricci (Bob) of Andover, MN.; her grandchildren, Kari Shumaker (Paul) of Paynesville, MN, Trond Moody (Katie) of Oak Park, IL, Abby Storms (Cory) of Elk River, MN and Aaron Schmoldt (Amanda) of Plymouth, MN.; her great grandchildren, Teagan, Mari, Emma Shumaker, Cecilia, Fiona, Hunter Moody, Brenna, Kylie Storms and Brady Schmoldt; her son Darryl; and also Shirley Gail Moody (Jim) of Butterfield, MN. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
The COVID isolation took its toll on her social nature as her health declined over the past few months at Pleasant View Nursing Home.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to her beloved Augustana Lutheran Church of St. James, Pleasant View Good Samaritan Center or any charity meaningful to you.
