In loving memory of Elaine Spiegel of Saint Louis Park, Minnesota, who departed this world on May 31, 2025 at the age of 85. Elaine leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Les Spiegel; her child Tova Spiegel; her parents, Bernard Karol and Minnie Karol; and her parents-in-law, Rose and Al Spiegel.
She is survived by: her children, Rachel, Harvey Lerfelt, Sara Spiegel, Bubbie of Marc and Nathan Lerfelt; her siblings, Nate Karol (Mary Ellen) and Annette Schneider (Phil); her siblings-in-law, Lorry Spiegel (late Bernice) and Marcia Spiegel; her nieces and nephews, David Spiegel, Shari Silins (Foster), Jordan Zur (Erika), Larry Schneider (Jacki) and Daniel Schneider (Becky); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Raphael, Mason, Ashley, Ellie, Libby, Conner, Andrew, Jacob and Zachary; her cousins, Lynne Lee, Barbara Amdur, Bill Hirshberg, Steve, Gail Katz, Marty and Wendy Smith; and her friend Hadassah.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beth El Synagogue (5225 Barry St W, St Louis Park, MN 55416).
