It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norman J. Beugen of Saint Louis Park, Minnesota, who passed away on November 26, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack M. Beugen and Francisse Beugen; and his siblings, Stanley and Toni R. Beugen. He is survived by : his brother Robert J. Beugen (Joanne Ferraro). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
