She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy Cook (Steve), Tom Slavin, Jim Slavin and Maureen Slavin; her nieces and nephews, Michael Slavin, Joe Cook (Kristine), Jim Cook (Megan), Nick Hanson, Sheila Sanchez (Jose) and Colleen Callejas (Nestor); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Colin, Clare, Mateo, Dante, Oliver, Luna and Delilah; and her uncle Tom Jordan (Nadine). She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Lakewood Cemetery Chapel (3600 Hennepin Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55408). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Park Tavern Bar & Grill (3401 Louisiana Ave S, St Louis Park, MN 55426). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at the Lakewood Cemetery (3600 Hennepin Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55408).
