We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2021, at the age of 86, Carl Dominic Welter of Saint Michael, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Audrey E. Welter; his parents, Leo Welter and Armella Welter; and his brother Louis Welter. He is survived by : his children, Joan Panuska (Steve), Paul Welter (Rose), Jane Welter-Nolan (Eric), Mark Welter (Robin) and Catherine Welter (Marie); and his sisters, Helen Welter (Ron Robeck) and Bernadette Welter. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
