Colter; her siblings, Russell Colter, Toni Harvey (Tim), Teri Klein (Jeremy), Jodi Boelz, Jacob Shingledecker (Amy) and Caleb Shingledecker (Jamie); her nieces and nephews, Jesse, Alicia, Travis, Steven, Sara, Ben, Connor, Carson, Carter, Malachi, Eli, Annabelle and Iliana; and her great-nephews, Brian Jr., Leon and Kane H.. She is also survived by Many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
