She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Smith and Mildred Smith; her son Roger Garza; her grandson Tyrell Johnson; and her sisters, Laura Smith and Shirlene Austin.
She is survived by: her children, Foster Nixon, Paul Jackson, Michael Smith and Laura Smith; and her siblings, Alan Smith, Sandy Hernandez and Sheila Cave. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren.
