He is survived by: his children, Phillip Jr. (Holly), Gary, Nick, Sharon (Nick Wig) and Rita; his former wife Tammy Balsimo; his grandchildren, Anna Faye, Nicole, Damien, Abbey, David, Jacob, Kylie, Aaliyah, Ariana, Aiden and Oakley; and his siblings, Yolanda Whebbe (Jerry), Linda Cobb (Gary), Rita Cairl, Ted (JoAnn), Rick (Kim), Steve and Joe (Laura). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson-Peterson Funeral Home (612 Smith Ave S, St Paul, MN 55107). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at the Lakeside Cemetery.
