He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Howard and Mary Howard (Gilles); his siblings, Irene Sweeney, Mary Ellen Howard and Mike Howard; and his brother-in-law Joe Sweeney.
He is survived by : his wife Judy Pedersen; his sister Katherine Howard of St. Benedict's Monastery; and his sister-in-law Sue Howard of Holmen, WI. He is also survived by nieces; grand nieces and nephews; and great grand nieces and nephews.
