She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Forrey (Calvin) and Hollie Forrey (Phelps); her husband Jim Rheaume; her son Matthew; and her siblings, Page, Gene, Phillip and Phoebe Cummiskey.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Rheaume (Sandy) of Belle Plaine, Sally Vogel (Neal) of St. Peter and Mary Lark of Faribault; her grandchildren, Melissa, Mindy, Matt, Gretchen, Alisha and Brianna; her siblings, Jim Forrey (Cyndi) and Kay Gaul; and her sister-in-law Ruth Forrey.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
