It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alphonse Bechtold (Sauk Rapids, Minnesota), born in Saint Joseph, Minnesota, who passed away on January 10, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bechtold and Clara Bechtold (Weyer); his children, Joann and Daniel; his grandchild Travis; his siblings, Jerome, Phil, Dolores Meyer and Rosemary Warnet; and his brother-in-law Robert Warnet.
He is survived by: his spouses, Elizabeth and Betty; his children, Patricia of Sauk Rapids, Robert (Brenda) of Duluth, Thomas (Nancy) of Cape Coral, FL, Richard (Holly) of Sauk Rapids, Maryanne of Mesa, AZ, Luann Boom of Foley, Suzann Seiberlich (Dennis) of St. Cloud, Diane Tradup (David) of Viola, Roseann Maingi (Raymond) of Maple Grove and Donald (Sabrina) of Sartell; his brother Cletus (Monica) of St. Joseph; and his siblings-in-law, Leander Meyer of St. Joseph, Marie of Covina, CA and LeMay of Rockville. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
Alphonse Bechtold, age 82, of Sauk Rapids died Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Talahi Care Center after a brave battle against Alzheimer's.
