She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Beehler and Anna Beehler (David); her husband Arthur Mendel; her daughter-in-law Margaret "Peg" Wintheiser; her siblings, Donald, Martin Beehler and Leora Victor; and her grandson Matthew Morris.
She is survived by: her sister Luverne Schaefer of Sauk Rapids; her close friend Charley Stimler; and her grandchildren, Bill Morris, David Mendel, Amy Christensen, Carl Mendel and Emily Mendel. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
