He is survived by: his sister Candi Theis (John) of Le Center; his nieces, Amy Jung (Matt), Brianna Theis (Thomas Pfeifer) and Elizabeth Moltzen; his nephew Cody Moltzen; his great-niece Lauren; and his great-nephew Tyler Jung.
