With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne E. Peterson (Sauk Rapids, Minnesota), born in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, who passed away on March 27, 2018 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her husband Julian; her former husband Richard Shaw; her daughter Mary Shaw; and her brothers, Donald "Tubby", Charles Knese and Harold Knese.
She is survived by: her spouse Richard Shaw; her children, Kathryn Shaw (Cliff Moran) of St. Cloud, Patricia Roberts (David) of St. Cloud, Susan Hollermann (Herman) of Avon, Michelle Lemke (Gene) of Sauk Rapids, William Shaw (Elena) of Sauk Rapids and Barbara Schirmers (Dan) of Sauk Rapids; her great great grandchild Teagan; and her sisters, Dorothy Doyle of Florida and Ginger Hollenkamp of St. Cloud. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
