Tracy of Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, born in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, who passed away on March 31, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Tracy and Mary Tracy (Brennan); his brother Patrick; his nephew Mitchell Tracy; his sister-in-law Monica Tracy; and his friend Bud Kampa.
He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph of Waite Park and Richard (Liz) of Holmen, Wisconsin; his niece Stacy Swatek (Ryan); and his nephew Curtis Benson.
