With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julie A. Walrath (Sauk Rapids, Minnesota), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on January 17, 2022 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Carl Emrich. She is survived by: her mother Samuella Emrich (Dingley) of Grand Junction, CO; her boyfriend Mike Pekarek of St. Cloud; her children, Melissa Walrath (Will White) of Denver, CO, Michael Walrath (Amanda) of Rice, Kyle Walrath (Abby Johnson) of Sauk Rapids, Kyler Pekarek (Rachel) of Yankton, SD, Madeline Harmon (Jacob) of Lake City and Christian Pekarek (Lee) of Kasson; the father of her children Mike Walrath of Sartell; her siblings, Cindy Emrich (Don Abbott) of Grand Junction, CO, Andy Emrich (Patti) of Summerville, SC, Lisa Nieslanik (Steve) of Glenwood Springs, CO and Dan Emrich (Laura) of Eagle, CO; and her grandchildren, Jayce, Shaun, Mason, Nicholas, Alexander, Jacob, Hattie and Kase. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless other close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Quiet Oaks Hospice House or Tri County Humane Society.
