He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Osfalg and Appolonia Osfalg (Waltzing); his wife Theresa; and his daughter Marlene. He is survived by: his children, Dale Osfalg of Avon, Ruth Daniels (Ray Larson) of Sauk Rapids, Linda Hoffarth (Donald) of St. Cloud, Janet Daly (Terry) of Waite Park, Sharon Sandberg (Jay) of Clear Lake, Diane Toulouse (David) of St. Cloud and Deborah Meyer (Mike) of Waite Park. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
