He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Galarneault and Wilhelmine Galarneault (Riitters); his wife Jeanine "Sue" Smitten; and his siblings, Renee Thomas, James and C. Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Laurie Perry (Jon) of Sartell, Sandy Trossen (Paul) of St. Cloud and Peggy Galarneault of Maple Grove; his brother Ray of St. Cloud; his grandchildren, Lisa, Zach, Aimee, Lindsey, Luke and Dani; and his close friend Dianne Hornung of Sauk Rapids. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
