It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wolter J. Broden of Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, born in Devils Lake, North Dakota, who passed away on June 13, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Broden and Elizabeth Broden (Kitsch); and his brothers, John and Nicholas. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Meyers of St. Cloud; his children, James (Jennifer) of Appleton, WI, Jeanne Shinn (Robert) of Gilbert, AZ and Joanne Weeres (Todd) of Sartell; his siblings, Monica Engelhart and Leo (Bernice) of Devils Lake, ND; his grandchildren, Charli Hahn, Jesse Shinn and Tyler Deeb; and his great grandchild Kyson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Quiet Oaks Hospice House, 5537 Galaxy Road, St. Augusta, MN 56301.
