She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kiersten Burgess and Kevin Burgess; and her sister Kylie Burgess. She was also cherished by parents, sister, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 20168 St Croix Trail N, Scandia, MN 55073. After teaching for four years starting at the height of the pandemic, Kaitlyn decided to find another path to help others.
