He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert A. Sr and Opal Winn Sr. (Mosier); his spouse Dorothy Anne Heitland; and his sisters, Jane Ciucci and Catherine Nylund.

He is survived by : his children, Dennis Winn, Pamela Munsinger (Bob), Kenneth Winn and Douglas Winn; and his grandchildren, Conner, Reece and Ryan Winn.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Seasons Hospice House.
