He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Jayne; his sister Diane Heinz; and his nephew Brandon Schneider. He is survived by: his siblings, Bruce Heinz and Debra Heyda (Bill); and his siblings' children, Preston Heinz (Molly), Rachel Heinz, Jennifer Olivier (Shane), Tiffany O'Neil (Jim) and Vanessa Heinz.
