He is survived by: his brother Jim Muelken (Jodi); his adoptive sons, Avery White Lightning and Eric Rolfshus (Jen); his siblings' children, Cyndy Milda (Richard), Jeff Repasky, Terry Stade Jr. (Heidi), Tricia Lafferty (Joe Jr.) and Melinda Stade; his great-nieces and great-nephews, David Pickit (Jessica), Ashley Towne (Peter), Carrissa Lashley (Eric), Blair Pickit, Kristina Zander (Jeremy), Krystal Wendland (Michael), Jonathan Stade-Repasky (Ashli), Alex Stade (Heather), Joey Saba (Whitney), Jamie Saba (Chris), Steven Saba, Rosemma Mosley, Casandra Stade (Niq), Warren Stade, Kelton Stade, Benjamin Crooks and Jakob Muelken; his parents, Amos Crooks and Rosemma Crooks; his sister Amy Crooks-Larca; and his nieces, Terri Lynn Stade and Tracy Stade-Repasky. He is also survived by many great-nieces/nephews.
