She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred; her son Mark; and her brothers, Roger Carolan and Mark Carolan. She is survived by: her children, Tim (Jackie) of Jordan, MN, Alfred III of New Prague, MN, Nick (Tammy) of Chaska, MN and Patty Cermak (Steve) of Arlington, MN; her siblings, Regina (Harry) and Donald Carolan (Joanne) of Cresco, IA; and also, Stacy Gruetzman (Andy), Alfred Bouska IV, Kirstin Quaderer (Matt), Cody Bouska (Naomi), Caitlin Bouska (Zach), Steve Cermak and Amber Cermak. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
