It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Beth Eckers (Shakopee, Minnesota), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Jack Spetz and Paula Spetz (Eckenberg); her husband Scott Eckers; her children, Holly and Danny; and her brother Jason Spetz.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be donated to either Frauenshuh Cancer Center or The Mayo Clinic Cancer Research. **A Prayer Vigil will be held at the Shakopee High School (east) parking lot on Wednesday, April 8, at 8:00 PM.
