He is survived by: his former spouse Sissy Sullivan; his wife Jerrilynn "Sissy"; his children, Jeremy Neil Thomas (Sara) and Misty-Dawn Marie Lorinser (Todd); his grandchildren, Kayla Thomas (Nathanielle Burkhart), Dontae Herrley, Tommy Herrley, Megan Thomas, Jamie Thomas and Kadence Lorinser; his siblings, Kenneth J. Thomas (Carolyn) and Kimberly Bemrose (Tom); his brother-in-law Gary Borchert; and his daughter Megan Johnson.
