She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pieper and Regina Pieper (Budde); her husband Edgar A. Busch; her daughter Bonnie Marthaler; and her siblings, Urban Pieper, Olivia Giles and Margaret Pieper.
She is survived by: her children, Ken Busch (Audrey Schmitt) of Shakopee, Ann Zweig (Loren) of Lakewood, CO, Cheryl Hefty (Michael) of Platteville, WI and Janine Maurer (Hank) of Woodbury; her son-in-law Jeff Marthaler of Prior Lake; her grandchildren, Nick (Mitch Hefty), Dona Marthaler, Kaitlyn (Hannah Zweig) and Halle (Zach Maurer); and her siblings, Delores Schrupp, Rita Gestach of Carver, James Pieper of Shakopee, Jerome Pieper (Joan) and Agnes Bluemke of Waconia. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
