He was predeceased by: his wife Laura June; his parents, Marion and Helen; and his brothers, LeRoy and Walden.
He is survived by: his children, Richard (Jo), David (Theresa), Bradley (Kate) and Lisa Schwinghammer (Steve). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and cherished friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Abiding Savior Lutheran Church (8211 Red Oak Dr, Mounds View, MN 55112). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
