He is survived by: his father Larry Kalas Sr. of Slayton, MN; his sisters, Joyce Schreier, Kevin Schreier of Avoca, MN, Lori Palaschak, John Palaschak of Luverne, MN, Diane Harms and Cal Harms of Freeport, MN; his mother Henrietta Kalas; his grandparents, Arnold Kalas, Loretta Kalas, Clarence VanderBush and Rena VanderBush; and his nephew Tyler Schreier. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
