He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonso Sr. and Inocencia; his son Steven; and his siblings, Vicente, Felix, Joseph, John, Soledad and Antonia.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, Michael (Joann), Terance (Sharon), Susan Hussman (Chris), Timothy (Marilyn), Donald and Beth Tillman (Richard); his daughter-in-law Diana Jo; and his siblings, Salvador (Kathy) and Margaret Bolles (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
