He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carlson and Agda Carlson (Larson); and his brother Arthur Carlson. He is survived by: his wife Viola Wass; his children, Cindy Silbernagel (Tim) of Farmington, MN, Sherry Weis (Mike) of Chanhassen, MN and Curtis Carlson (Laurel) of Spring Lake, MN; his grandchildren, Andrew, Elizabeth, Ashley and Travis; and his great grandchildren, Addilyn and Carter.
