He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Reusse and Jane Reusse (Cecilia); his parents-in-law, Glen and June Claire; his sister Margaret 'Meg Smith; his brother-in-law Rick Claire; his son-in-law Scott Benedict; and his niece Terry Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Reusse (Claire) of Prior Lake; his brother Patrick Reusse (Katie) of Golden Valley; his sister-in-law Jean Claire of Farmington; and his children, Shelley Branson (Scott) of Farmington, John Kop (Kris) of Prior Lake, Tricia Duntley (Jason) of Lakeville, Ben Reusse (Tricia) of Waukesha, WI and Nick Reusse (Jenny McLaughlin) of Prior Lake. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and many friends and extended family.
