He is survived by : his wife Deborah Faulk; his children, Christopher Faulk, Michael Faulk (De Anna), Marcy Knosalla (Andrew), Katrinamarie Ostergren (Thomas), Amanda McCoy and Charles McCoy; his father Jerry Faulk, Sr.; his stepfather Henry Gunter; his siblings, John Faulk, Joshua George, Jerri Faulk, Sherri Faulk and Jamie Faulk; and his grandchildren, Logan, Tristian, Lenora, Gavin, Gabriel, Jordan, Byron, Eli, Mirya, Lucian, Wyatt, Silas, Mirabelle and Isabelle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
